I am tired of buying burgers in a box – they are always full of too much salt or alternatively too many preservatives. This Summer the meat-eaters in the house are going to get some homemade beef burgers and Design Mom’s recipe is the start of my beef-burger-experimentation-adventure. This looks so delicious that my mouth is watering as I type this at 10.48 on a Wednesday morning. Design Mom’s directions by Lindsey Johnson are beautifully photographed (hence the mouth watering) and crystal clear as usual. It’s a good place to start. I’ll let you know how this one goes and what else compares. Let me know if you have any tried and true recipes. Also any good homemade vegetarian burgers are always welcome.
